To reduce food waste, freeze extra blueberries and sub water for aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas), which also saves water! 💧

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

🌱2 bananas

🌱2 cups spinach

🌱4 tsp hemp hearts

🌱¾ cup water or aquafaba

🌱1 cup frozen blueberries

🌱2 cup soy milk


🌱Pre-measure all ingredients

🌱Add all ingredients to a blender

🌱Blend until creamy
