ROAST GRAVY

Ingredients:

🌱1 tbsp olive oil

🌱1/2 onions, diced

🌱4 tbsp gluten free all purpose flour or rice flour

🌱2 tsp plant-based Worcestershire sauce

🌱1/2 tsp mustard

🌱1/2 tsp garlic powder

🌱1/2 tsp onion powder

🌱1/4 tsp ground sage

🌱pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

🌱1/2 tsp black pepper

🌱1/2 tsp salt

🌱2 tbsp nutritional yeast

🌱1 cup plant-based milk

🌱1 1/4 cup water


Method:

🌱Add oil and onions to a pot and sauté until soft. 

🌱Add flour and mix until lightly toasted.

🌱Add all sauces and spices, mix together.

🌱Add milk and water, mix and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and continue mixing until thick.
