Join EcoCooks, Youth Climate Corps, and the City of Kelowna for one (or both!) of our FREE hands-on cooking workshops at the Parkinson Recreation Centre on Saturday, August 22.
🌱 Parent & Child Workshop | 10:00 AM – 12:15 PM
Cook a tasty lunch of Smoky Lentil Tacos, build practical kitchen skills, and enjoy fun environmental activities together. This workshop is designed for one youth (ages 8–13) and one adult (18+) to attend together. Please register one youth and one adult as a pair.

🌱 Adult Workshop | 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Join us for an interactive cooking workshop where you’ll strengthen your kitchen confidence and discover simple ways your everyday food choices can support a healthier planet! Explore delicious plant-forward cooking and take home your hard-earned work - a delicious meal of Coconut Lime Tofu!

Both workshops are FREE, but registration is required. Please register by August 21 end of day to reserve your spot!
